conditions.
Terms governing access to this website and communications or services provided by Trimlight SoCal.
Effective August 28, 2025
1. Acceptance
Using this website
By accessing trimlightsocal.com or using its services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. Content + restrictions
Limited personal use
Website content belongs to Trimlight SoCal or its licensors. Without written permission, users may not republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, interfere with the site, use it unlawfully or use its content for unauthorized advertising.
3. Third parties
External links and services
The website may link to external services that Trimlight SoCal does not control. Their content, availability and privacy practices are their responsibility.
4. Website disclaimer
Information provided as available
The website and its content are provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access or complete accuracy. Project contracts, proposals and controlling written product documents take precedence over general website summaries.
5. Communications
Email, phone and SMS
Submitting contact details may authorize communications about estimates, appointments, installation and customer support according to the consent you provide. SMS opt-in is voluntary; message frequency varies, message/data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data is not shared for third-party marketing.
6. Project payments
Proposal and invoice terms control
Deposits, due dates, late charges, suspension rights, collection costs and any lien rights are governed by the approved proposal, invoice and applicable law. The current published terms state that payment is generally due at completion unless a written agreement says otherwise and describe collection remedies for unpaid balances. Review project documents before approval.
7. General terms
Changes, severability and California law
Invalid provisions may be severed while the remaining terms continue. Trimlight SoCal may update these terms. They are governed by California law, subject to the dispute terms in any controlling project agreement.
